VENUE RENTAL

Thank you for your interest in renting The Whistle Stop Coffee and Mercantile.

Here are the details:

• Rental fee is $75 per hour with a 3 hour minimum and starts at the time you arrive until the time you have cleaned and left the building.

• You may use our catering menu or bring in any other food/beverage that you would like.

• Included is a barista to help you with your event

• The espresso bar will be open for Lattes, Coffee, Smoothies, and Tea. You may run a tab for specialty drinks or have your guests pay per drink

• You may bring in any décor that you would like

• Rental Hours: Monday-Friday starting at 7pm, Saturday Starting at 5pm, and Sunday at any hour.

• You may bring in alcohol, however, the barista is not allowed to serve your guests, so it will need to be self serve

• Rental includes use of the back deck

• There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit to save your date and will be applied to the total of your rental fee.

• There is total indoor seating of 53 chairs and then 16 chairs outside on the deck.
